Information for Velocitek importers:


Order Minimums:

The total value of an importer’s first order must be greater than $1,000 (USD). Shipping costs do not count towards the minimum. Subsequent orders are not subject to any minimums.


Exclusivity:

Unless a specific agreement is made between Velocitek and the importer, Velocitek does not guarantee the importer exclusivity. Velocitek reserves the right to supply other companies and individuals in the importer’s country.


Warranties:

We will deal with warranty issues in the following way:

  1. The customer returns the defective product to the importer who replaces it immediately with a new one from their inventory.
  2. The importer records the serial number of the defective product and the reason why it was returned.
  3. When the importer is ready to place another order, they complete an online Velocitek Wholesale Defect report with the details of the products they have replaced for their customers. Velocitek will then either request that the defective products be returned to Velocitek or destroyed in field.
  4. The importer ships any of the products that need to be returned back back to Velocitek via Express Airmail (EMS) and notifies Velocitek of the shipping cost.
  5. Velocitek provides credit(s) equal to the current purchase price of the defective products which can be applied against the importer's order. Velocitek also applies a credit equal to the return shipping cost to the importer's order.

Payment Terms:

Payment for all orders will be due prior to the shipment of the goods.


Payment Method:

Payments for orders under $2000 may be by credit card, Paypal transfer to sales@velocitek.com or prepaid US dollar wire transfer.

Payments for orders over $2000 must be by prepaid US dollar wire transfer.

Shipping:

Shipping for orders under $1000 (USD) in value will be via United States Postal Service Global Express Mail, UPS or FedEx as decided by the customer. Shipping for orders over $1000 (USD) must be via UPS or FedEx.

Returns & Restocking Fees:

Returns past 90 days from invoice date will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price.

Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the dealer and return shipping will not be reimbursed or credited by Velocitek.
