If You Hate Computers
If you are in need phone support for Velocitek software and you are uncomfortable using a computer (e.g. you're not exactly clear on how you would "find the folder called 'Program Files' on your C drive and open it") please try to recruit a computer savvy friend to be on standby to take over the phone from you if the going gets rough.
If You Are a VIP
If you're polite and patient we will be more than happy to do whatever it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with your Velocitek product. But please understand that we are just a couple of hippy surf bums and our lack of culture might make it difficult for us to display the grovelling deference that you deserve.
Please avoid calling Velocitek for technical support if you:
- Have a powerful sense of entitlement on account of your wealth and/or membership in the legal profession
- Are hoping to save time by calling us instead of watching any of our video tutorials or reading the manual. On the other hand, if you checked out these materials and you are still scratching your head, please, by all means, give us a call.
- Frequently interject your phone conversations by yelling commands at your wife, husband, crew or secretary, while keeping the telephone receiver inches from your mouth
- Are in the process of buying lunch
