We deal with Failures Covered by Warranty in the following way:

  1. The customer returns the defective product to the dealer who replaces it immediately with a new one from their inventory.
  2. The dealer records the serial number of the defective product and the reason why it was returned.
  3. When the dealer is ready to place another order, they complete an online Velocitek Wholesale Defect Report with the details of the products they have replaced for their customers. Velocitek will then either request that the defective products be returned to Velocitek or destroyed in field.
  4. The dealer ships any of the products that need to be returned back back to Velocitek via Express Airmail (EMS) and notifies Velocitek of the shipping cost.
  5. Velocitek provides credit(s) equal to the current purchase price of the defective products which can be applied against the importer's order. Velocitek also applies a credit equal to the return shipping cost to the importer's order.

We deal with Failures not Covered by Warranty in the following way:

  1. The customer returns the defective product to the dealer who offers the customer a replacement device at a 30% discount off MAP price (see table above).
  2. The dealer records the serial number of the defective product and the reason why it was returned.
  3. The dealer completes an online Velocitek Wholesale Defect report with the details of the products they have sold at a discount to their customers. Velocitek will then either request that the defective products be returned to Velocitek or destroyed in field.
  4. The dealer ships any of the products that need to be returned back back to Velocitek via Express Airmail (EMS) and notifies Velocitek of the shipping cost.
  5. Velocitek provides credit(s) at the specified Non-Warranty Replacement Price for each device owed to the dealer's order. Velocitek also applies a credit equal to the return shipping cost to the dealer's order.
