1. Close Velocitek Control Center

2. Take the batteries out from your SpeedPuck

3. Connect your SpeedPuck to your computer

4. Look in the folder: C:\Program Files\Velocitek\Velocitek Control Center on you hard drive for a file called "UpdateSpeedPuckFirmware" or "UpdateSpeedPuckFirmware.bat"Double click "UpdateSpeedPuckFirmware". This will re-initialize the firmware update process and start Velocitek Control Center.
